Who we are

Noupad (noupad.com) is a client-facing project tracker with built-in scope protection for digital agencies and freelancers. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

Data we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, organization), the project data you enter (projects, milestones, scope changes, prices, client records), and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service. We don't sell personal data, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Client share pages

Share pages are private, unguessable links you create and can revoke at any time. They show only the project information you chose to share, and they are excluded from search-engine indexing.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies: an authentication session cookie and a language-preference cookie. No third-party advertising cookies.

Services we rely on

Your data is processed by a small set of providers under contract: Supabase (database and hosting), Polar (payments, as merchant of record — we never see your card details), and Brevo (transactional email). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account, or ask us to, and your data is removed from production systems within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict processing. Write to us and we'll act on it.
