The service

Noupad is a project tracker for agencies and freelancers: agreed scope on a trunk, out-of-scope requests as priced branches, and a shareable client page. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of what you publish to clients through share pages. One person per account; your organization can have multiple members.

Plans and billing

Free includes one active project. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly or yearly through Polar, our merchant of record, which handles payment processing and applicable VAT. You can cancel anytime; paid features remain active until the end of the billing period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Your content

Your project data belongs to you. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service — storing, displaying, and transmitting your content to the people you share it with.

Acceptable use

Don't use Noupad to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to breach the service's security. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep Noupad fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Noupad documents scope agreements between you and your clients — the underlying contracts remain between you and them.
